Great choice for medical stay, close to Santosa Hospital, modern interior, comfy beds, free wifi, helpful staff.

Not one thing.

Stayed here during a business trip and overall had a pleasant experience. the hotel offered complimentary bottled water and toiletries which was a nice touch. the location was excellent, just a short walk away from a large shopping mall and a variety of restaurants. It made finding a place to eat a breeze. Another advantage to this hotel was the affordable price, which made it a great option for a budget-conscious traveler like myself.

The room itself was nothing spectacular, the decor was outdated and could use an update. Housekeeping was also not up to par, I noticed stains on the sheets and had to make several requests for fresh towels.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its convenient location near the bus station, which makes it easy to explore Bandung using the 'Angkotan Kota' mini buses. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are well-appointed with basic amenities such as a full-length mirror, air freshener, and a comfortable double bed. Additionally, the breakfast offers a variety of standard menus, making it easy to start the day with a satisfying meal.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bandung. the location was perfect, as it was conveniently near the bus station. This made it super easy for us to explore the city using the local transportation, especially the 'Angkotan Kota' mini bus. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. They were always attentive to our needs and made us feel right at home. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. The double bed in front of the full-length mirror was a great touch, and it made the room feel even more spacious. Plus, the breakfast had a good variety of basic food options to choose from.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms that offered a serene ambiance for my family. The location is great, as it is easily accessible by taxi and near the train station. It's also great for those who want to use public transport to explore the city. to that, it's close to a famous bakery and a massage parlour, which is a plus.

The amenities of the room are not fully satisfying. There's no mini fridge, which is a bit inconvenient who want to store their meals or drinks.

The hotel's strategic location close to the train station and relevant transportation services made it easy for me to explore this city. Additionally, the staff were helpful, carrying my belongings and guiding me to the room. The room's spaciousness made it comfortable to unpack my luggage, and the bed was comfy. Also, I appreciated having a nearby Alfamart to purchase refreshments and necessities.

All was perfect.
